While I'm still able to move around like I have done over the past few years, there are times when the practices I'm in take a noticeable toll on my body.<br /><br />The good news is that I'm already on the path of being able to adapt when that time comes through improved Kendo. I already feel that I'm as fast as I'll get and as strong as I can get at this point so I need to compensate with better technique and more mindfulness when I fight.
